I know these losses are more so from the 68 hour fast. I have been active the last three days and met each goal on my new fitbit. I weight lifted and hiked on Tuesday and Wednesday and only hiked yesterday. This evening I will be going on a family swim for my son's 8th birthday🎉🎈🎂 🏊♀️
