I just looked at my challenges and I have 11 challenges that I have failed !!! I'm sick of changing my diet back and forth I need to find something that works for me, I have tried it all from low-cal to low-carb to hcg, I hate that love food so much all I want to do is eat 24/7 !!! I feel like my life evolves around food, I get mad - I eat ,I get sad - I eat, I'm happy - I eat !!! Why is this so hard ?!?!?!
