Itu putih telur kukus + sayuran sperti wortel, jagung. Dikukus dalam loyang biasa, ada cetakannya. Sedikit himsalt. Sarapan high protein n sedikit kalori sangat cocok tuk mulai beraktivitas

Oh ya, kukusnya selama 45 menit dg api sangat kecil, lama siy, untung bukan saya yg masak 🤣
