teman2 mau tanya ni, saya baru nyoba diet jd masih bingung. saya coba hitung RDI saya 1200, klo utk turunin berat badan jd saya hrs cutting 500 calori, apakah konsumsi 800 calori sehari aman? mohon pencerahannya
