Stuffed acorn squash. Used ground turkey, mushrooms, and apples with spices. Added half a tomato and roasted cabbage. Tasty and filling!!

It looks delicious so far I have only tasted spaghetti squash, summer squash, and zucchini squash I really need to explore more vegetables be blessed
