Sore and tired from all the exercise. Trying for 1-2 miles of walking a day with at least 5 days a week of 1 hour exercise class. I pretty much stuck to the calorie guide. The first week I lost 4lb, these last 2 weeks I've plateaued and it's demoralising! Working up to bringing in another exercise class a day but I'm tired! 😫
