61gr dada ayam di cincang
Tofu Kong Kee 1
Bawang putih 2siung
Kecap asin 1sdm
Kecap ikan 1sdm
Saus tiram 1sdm
Telur 1
Lada
Garam sejumput
Kaldu jamur 1sdt
Bawang daun
Gula pasir sejumput
1/2 sdm olive oil
1. Tumis bawang putih dg olive oil sampai harum
2. Masukin bawang daun
3. Masukin dada ayam masak sampai matang
4. Masukin tofu
5. Tambahin air sesuai selera klo mau banyak kuahnya bisa yg banyak airnya
7. Masukin telur diorak arik biar ancur
8. Masukin semua bumbu( kecap”an , lada, garam, gula)
