I was scared to weigh in this morning because of the horrible weekend I had. I did not want to have a cheat day until I started to see the weight loss, however, I guess when I restrict myself... I have cheat weekends!
Anyways, I got on the scale and saw that I lost 2.4 pounds. I was excited.
Nevertheless, I am going to let myself have a cheat day because my brain needs its. Ill just be sure to work out extra hard that day.

Great Job! The scale can be intimidating sometimes, glad you got some positive results :-)

As long as you are eating a balanced diet (protein carbs and healthy fats)consisting of a healthy number of calories (as in, not starving yourself) most of the time... an occational "cheat day" won't do you any harm. But remember, it doesn't help either. :)

Good job! I use to restrict myself so much that I was miserable, and in the end you end up going on a binge. So now I allow myself a single day of whatever I want (which is still not bad because I'm use to watching my calories). Just remember to not let 1 day turn into 2 or 5 lol. Which often happens with the approaching holidays.
Good Luck.
