Feeling good!!! I’m finally in the 140’s again. I got this!!! This is my year. My overall goal is 110lbs. My before pregnancy weight. (23years ago) lol.
Eating more clean European lifestyle. Fresh veggies, avacados, olives, cheeses (1 oz a day), high antioxidant foods. Berries, red grapes, almonds, walnuts with brown eggs and egg whites as my only proteins. My body doesn’t digest meats that well, so antioxidant foods help liver and colon functions and keeps me feeling fuller longer.. I walk to my local store to get my daily foods to get my exercise or do (3) 20 minute walks on treadmill a day. “Stay Busy, Eat Less”.
The U.S. wants us sick!!! The FDA approves food and drugs and alcohol to keep us sick and have severe long term side effects. Why? Because the Medical/pharmaceutical/Alcohol Industries are multimillion industries! We have become our own lab rats.
