aku panggang di teflon pk 1 semprot minyak zaitun klo nggak pk teflon anti lengket aja. Dibolak balik aja tahu nya terus olesin saus tiram pk kuas tipis2

@savano fine fine aja, tapi kebanyakan orng demen yg clean food, soalnya lebih sehat gitu dan kalorinya juga dikit karna gk pake minyak, mentega dsb. aku dulu diet juga makan masakan rumah, gk clean amat
