Despite not adding anything to my journal. I still have been keeping up with my points; as best as I could and going to BBQs Dallas didn't help. But I have been going to the gym and I did walk the entire day on Saturday, so I guess that helped. This 20 pounds will be off in in a couple of weeks that I gained back and then, hopefully I will not have a hard time dropping the additional ten I need to drop. :-)
