Breakfast & Lunch: I was NPO through 3PM today for medical testing.
Dinner: Had a lovely French Dip sandwich but removed the cheese, I would prefer to keep my singular meal of the day. Saved my chips for tomorrow. _____ Notes: Difficult choices at the dining hall. Why is getting into shape and eating while at college so difficult? Perhaps the carb-y options, the endless sweets all on one card swipes? Or is it the gastrointestinal problems that make me crave everything green and healthy on this planet but wont let me eat a single bite.
As of a few days ago my weight was 125.6 lbs, I do not have a scale at the moment.
