Today was not a good "Stay on track" kind of day.. up early to the hospital to great my new Granddaughter, Daisy. She was born 10/30/13/.... 8lbs, 11 ounces and a full head of hair.. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to exercise or eat right, but tomorrow is a new day.
