Had visitors today who love seafood (me too) so pushed the boat out and made this amazing recipe from Jamie Oliver (Asian style seafood parcels) with bream, scallops, king prawns, mussels, bok choi and sugar snap peas. Massive treat. No fat added in this recipe as it is steamed.
