大多都是冷凍食品,冷凍蘆筍、冷凍花椰菜、冷凍毛豆、冷凍蝦仁,蒸熟切片放冷凍的地瓜、冷凍清燉牛肉湯,全部放微波爐煮熟就一大盤了,牛肉湯加顆雞蛋,又切了顆蘋果~好像有點多了,吃完晚餐可以不用吃了
