doing better. joined a challenge and thats what I needed to get on track, lost 2lbs,,,going to keep track of my food starting tomarrow,,commeting not to drink diet soda,was off them and started to drink one here and there and I really dont want to do that,,,I like my water and I heard adding cinnamon sticks to water is real good for us and really good for diebits,so far I really like it,things are really better, wgen I stay on my food plan....oh yea!!
