aku ga 100% clean food kok..masih pakai minyak, pakai kecap"an, makan baso, mi ayam, seblak (tiap turun sekilo untuk penhargaan diri sendiri) dan akhirnya diet ga kerasa nyiksa dan bikin enjoy..btw TB ku 153
