A bit TMI in this journal entry maybe... So yesterday I had TGI Fridays for dinner: I tried to stay as proteiny as possible and had 2 starters, sesame chicken strips and salt and pepper wings. Wow, I mean, both delicious but the number of calories in them! And also the sesame chicken sounded quite healthy and was clearly DRENCHED in fat and sugar. Anyway, I’ve been doing Fast800 first 2 weeks for 10 days, so this is the first day in ages I’ve had any significant carbs. This is what I noticed this morning: 1) My body pump workout was so much easier than it has been since I started 800 / low carb. It really did seem to make a huge difference. 2) OMG I had the best poo this morning. Sorry but things have gone very quiet on 800 cals despite a decent amount of fibre. So looking forward to the 5:2 phase just to bring in some of that good carb goodness!
