41.5” at the largest measurement around my waist. 10 push-ups max. Currently using adaptiv app for exercise reminders since my girlfriend got it for me.
I don’t have a scale right now so I don’t know what I weigh. And that’s Ok. I really just want to tone my stomach and build upper body strength.
