Have been off plan too long need to get my act together and get back to business I started in May, after 3 months and 25 lbs lost (10 of that the first week) I feel off plan. Now with 10 lbs of the 25 lost back again I am ready to go for round 2!! What I need to fine is a way to deal with Family meals with a husband that wants burgers & fries, pasta and pizza all the time.
