bulan ke 2 aku cuma turun 5 kg, bulan ke 3 aku 2 minggu awal turun 4 kilo kak
diet nya yg bulan ke 2 sama ke 3 gak ketat kayak bulan pertama makanya turun nya dikit

oiah diet ku gk trlalu di siplin sih sebenarnya tapi olahraga aku yg di siplin senin-sabtu full aerobik zumba 1 jam 10 menit tiap sore, kalo pagi tiap hari HIIT CARDIO itu wajib
