aku suka bb stuck😂 krn dstu aku bisa surplus kalori 1 minggu hehe tapi teori itu cuman buat mengelolah mindset aku kok spaya nggak stress (semangat pejuang goals, klo aku sedikit lagi nyampe) 😊
