昨天练了一小时有氧,吃得卡路里也不超,只是主食吃了70克饼,是因为吃了高碳水的原因吗?也太夸张了😭😭😭心态直接蹦了😭😭😭

不多,应该是一直没吃高碳的原因,昨天固定轻断日,今天又回归了,这个月体重下降的不理想,应该再挑整一下饮食运动
