Well, it's officially been "forever" since I've gotten on here. I was doing really well for a while, and then stress and the return of my husband shot me back upwards where I didn't want to be. So last week I started attending Weight Watchers with a friend of mine, and so far I've lost 4 pounds. So, again, I'm going in the direction I need to be moving.
With the new-found diet plan, I'm re-committing to getting on here daily for updates and whatnot. I have a LONG journey ahead, but I know that I can't do it alone - the past two months has proven that once and for all.
My husband is back in Iraq - so I'll see him in June or September (depending on if his 15-month tour is cut to 12-months). And now is time to focus on me - make me better for me (and health-wise for my family). During my couple months of upwards moving, I was also unable to exercise because my doctor thought that I had torn my ACL. Thankfully, the MRI showed I didn't, and so now I need to get back on that eliptical and back out walking!!
I'm off to eat breakfast; however, I don't know how well the remainder of the day's eating will be (the in-laws are in town, so I see a restaurant or two in our future). Hope you all have a WONDERFUL day!!
