Itu sekitaran 1 bulanan, dan emang teman2 udah negur kurusan, tips nya ya defisit kalori, banyak minum air putih (paling penting), olahraga (kalo aku sering jalan santai klo pagi, soalnya mageran), chatday 1 kali 1 minggu, Aku tb nya 160

Nianwr : pagi makan apel, siang makan sayur sama ikan (apa aja yg dimasak ibu dirumah, + nasi 1 sdm), sore/malam makan ubi jalar rebus) sekitaran 1000 kalori lah semua
