Confessional: I cheated Saturday. I ate 2 Hawaiian King's rolls with real butter and 8 malted milk balls. The malted milk balls nearly made me sick, but I fought it, LOL! Right back on track Sunday and so I will take the 1 pound loss graciously. Hope everyone is planning a great Thanksgiving Day! Go COWBOYS!!
