Happy birthday. Lucky you, pasta is my downfall so I've stayed away from it since April but trust me, I think about it.

Joelmel it's all about balance. You won't have it all the times (I don't) but eating a small portion within your carbs limit will not harm your body. Just be sure to stick to the portion you plated. Hope that helps. #lastingprogress. Love you...stay strong!

I haven’t had Potatoes, Rice, noodles, Bananas going on three weeks. Low carb diet for me, but I do eat Sprout bread.

Hey Chritmas2019 I tried low carb for a week. I wasn't happy. Now I reduce my intake instead. My aim is to create a healthy lifestyle; something I can see myself doing even 5 years time (can't picture myself not enjoying carbs...lol)
