@dhe moelyani pola makanku sih yang santai aja ya, malah aku juga sering kelebihan asupan karbo perharinya, terus lemak harianku rata rata 25-40 gr perhari. kalo aku buat ngempesin perut yang penting defisit kalori sama workout routin itu aja

@sicantik3009 @wandaaar keseringan aku wo chloe ting warm up routin, fullbody fat burn summer shred challenge, arm n upper body 15min. sama kalo lagi males dan capek wo punyanya emi wong yang 30min full body fat burn
