Kenpo X....ho hum. I'm out of town all day. Another diet challenge. Yesterday was one of the worst eating days in a long time. Did I really need all those cookies? And that ice cream? Look at those fat grams. What I've seen is that when I start off the day with carbs, it's a carb-fest all day. I am craving them. So, it's back to egg whites in the morning and no yogurt!
