Well, here I am. Once again attempting to lose weight. I began a doctor monitored weight loss program in my area, so I’m hopeful this time I can actually lose the weight. I also want to lower my BP because it has been creeping up as well. Thankfully my sugar and cholesterol are in the normal range. I’ll take any wins I can get. Day 1 has been a success for staying on track. 😊
