It's harder than I expected to up the caloric intake! I'm trying to switch things up, and I was wondering if maybe upping to 2k cal per day for a couple of weeks, then going back to the 1400-1500 I do now might re-start the weight loss. I am so accostomed to eating less and avoiding carbs. Which is a good thing... I guess I HAVE made this a way of life. Nice to know, but it doesn't make anything any easier!

I dont know anything about low/no carb diets but try getting in calorie dense snacks, its about the only way I know that I can get more calories but still eat healthy. some things I have used in the past are : all sorts of nuts and nut butters cheese, cream cheese avocados butter, cream dark chocolate bacon olive oil in salad dressings mayonnaise (for me, one of the major food groups)
