Legs and Back today. I have no problem with it, even using weights, but it does make me shaky so I know something must be happening. Even though the scale shows a lower weight than I have been since 1994, I still feel fat. I still feel almost like I did 2 years ago and I'm wondering if it is all in my mind (of course it is because I've lost 44 lbs.!) because I've lost so slowly I can't remember what I used to be like. Maybe I should have kept some article of "fat clothes" to remind myself. And, of course, there are no pictures. Take pictures of yourselves, people, no matter how painful! It will be encouraging to you and others.
