Decided that my new goal weight will b where Im at .... I've done great I feel that it is a lot easier to maintein 115 than 110 or 105 ... I'll continue to eat the best I can, not to loose pounds but because I want to be as healthy as I can ... for me and my husband ....
If eating this way led m to b 110 or less awesome ... if not .. still happy ... ! :) .....

Learning how to love me everyday for who I am and not for how I look ......

Hello ladies ! :) .... Thanks patience ... It's time to have a better attitude ... one of those days where u feel awesome ... ! ... I'm working in not being to dramatic... my husband tells me " u have to b postive it's just 3 pounds not a 100 ... :s ... I'll give him this one LOL Vanessa ...
