So our trainer made us do circuit training on wednesday and my shoulders are sooooo sore! We did about ten minutes of lifting hand weights, 10 min of playing with a jump rope, 10 minutes of stretching, and ten minutes of pushups :( I wonder if it hurts because I havent done any push ups since HIGH SCHOOL!? Or maybe I was doing them wrong? I did the girly ones (the slightly easier ones). She told me that if I was doing them wrong i would immediately have pain in my wrists. My wrists are fine. My shoulders are the ones that are sore! It doesnt "hurt" hurt, but i'm very uncomfortable. I rolled out of bed sloooowly this morning. I felt like an old lady! I wonder how long this will last. I didnt want to excercise yesterday because of it, and I know I won't excercise today, and I know I wont do anything tomorrow because it's saturday :)
Ay me duele.
