disini kebanyakan bnyk yg share bb turun.. gmn dg bb yg stuck tapi terus berusaha konsisten jaga makan dan olahraga.. saking semangatnya keseringan olahraga jdi nutrisinya kurg,, makan kurang jadi stuck tapi memperbaiki postur sih... perlahan tapi pasti.. tiap hari nontonin vidio yg bahas soal bb stuck.. makannnya yg wow wow.. tpi gmn dg diet low bugget ini krna pandemi kadang asupan protein g nyampe target..
