So this week has thrown me some curve balls....that's okay though. I'm just dusting myself off and moving on. Today there is a party at work (with food) so I had a salad, banana and granola bar just now to fill myself up before I even get in front of the temptations. Already started this morning with sliver of cheesecake!!! Geez :| And now I'm having a Dr. Pepper.
Anyway, I'm finding myself being self conscious at work as some don't think I should be "dieting". I'm just trying to get a grip again. I've been very lucky to maintain my weigtht over the last several months. I started feeling like I was taking it for granted by eating whatever. When I first started fat smashing my goal fluctuated between 130 and 125, so if I lose a few more lbs, it's not like I'm trying to be unreasonable.
