덴마크다이어트는 나에게 맞지않았다...

그래서 나에게 맞았던 식단을 짜보았다

아침 : 커피, 영양제(유산균,비타민)
점심 : 삶은계란3개, 고구마1개, 커피
or 삶은계란3개, 두부유부초밥 4개,커피
or 삶은계란3개, 닭가슴살샐러드,커피
저녁 : 커피 or 와인1잔
