Bb awal aku 64kg pas skrg udah hampir sebulanan defisit kalori turun ke 61 koma tapi masih labil(kadang suka murung sendiri kalo nimbang tetep diangka segitu)😭😭😭😢 ayo tetep semangat ya aku!!
