Ms. McHenry voiced what I dread to hear today: "You're probably going to have to stop exercising for three weeks." I started to say that I haven't been, then I remembered, yes I have been working out DUH! I just went Monday. She told me to not even try to lie. I know she's right.
The thought of not going to bootcamp for three weeks makes me very sad.
