Shoulders and arms today and I'm doing better at the higher weight. I just cannot do the straight arm shoulder flys with the heavier weight. Seven lbs. is comfortable for me. The higher weights are not just uncomfortable: I feel something cracking in my shoulders. This is odd: I still don't feel incredibly strong doing pushups, but can easily do 20 side tri-rises??
Last night went to concert with a long table of yummy treats afterwards and ate nothing. This is getting easier, too. I just don't even go over there...but I did see one of my favorite treats: Muddy Buddies! I just tell myself: later...later...later...you'll have some later!
