I am officially in the 60's! I think when my weight is up, I am retaining water. Even this morning, my fingers.felt a little swollen. It is the heat. I have been restricting my calories more than FS guidelines for me, but not enough to go into starvation mode. Generally, I feel good but need to exercise more.
