Kalo puasa ya ttp penuhi kbtuhan kalorinya smpe 1600
Misal sahur 700kalori... pas buka kejar sisa kalorinya... klo ngerasa full bgt krn efek puasa kn kl makan banyak eneg tuh... bisa ngemil kacang buat penuhin kebutuhan kalori...
Pinter2 atur kalori aja sih kalo mnrt aku...jd perut jg nyaman2 aja ga kelaper atau kekenyangan
