Bersyukur banget body fat udah berkurang dalam waktu 1,5 bulan :) . Dulu awal diet body fat diangka 29%. Target bodyfat 20% biar lingkar tubuh menyusut lagi dan supaya abs lebih keliatan, karena abs sekarang masih sedikit tertutup lemak.
