I'm going to see a doctor about my knee on Friday. It still swells when I work out, and it's really making me mad. I've been losing weight since I began my Max-3 and Catalyst -- I mean, FAST. Pat looked at me yesterday and said I had lost a lot of my back fat. My tummy went down, too.

My size 16 jeans are loose again. I would feel really good, but I'm frustrated that my knee is keeping me from doing more. I try to work out, but Angel won't let me do anything she'd normally force me to do, and then, at the end of the day, she'll text and ask: "KNEE?" Ugh. The answer is always: "BAD" or "SWOLLEN." I think she's frustrated too, because she wants to start our Biggest Loser before next month, and she's already planning to put me in a team.

I imagine that if my knee were normal, I could be running on the treadmill those 30 minutes like I did last Monday. I really wish I could. I hope that I hear good news from Dr. Thomas on Friday, like, we could just cut my knee/leg open and everything will be fine.

Please let it be fine.
