First weigh in
Starting the lady shake today I got the 4 packets for the price of three ($144) , I got two vanilla a chocolate and banana. Started with banana flavour it is nice.

Lost so far: 5.7 kg.
Still to go: 25.5 kg.
Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm doing lady shakes too, just breakfast at the moment as two shakes per day made me overeat at dinner. Definitely add more water! I prefer the texture with 400mls.

I can’t do shakes they make me feel sick. Any other suggestions
