Still in the saddle, of course!

Just finished my pilates (modified!) and about to eat this (see photo), ground beef AND buffalo, jumbo elbows, baby spinach, green bell pepper, & colby jack👍😁, w/Ragu to help.

106.6 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 48.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
