It's the end of week 1 and for only following 1 1/2 of my first six rules I didn't do too bad. This week I feel I did well on counting calories even though I went over my goal 5 out of 7 days. I never made it to the gym to work out, but I did walk to the park with my son instead of driving. Rule number 2 was broken just last night out of lack of will power, the draw of a couple of beers while watching a movie was too much. I did drink light beer which is not the norm for me. So... my goal for week 2 is to add more exercise to my routine and double my effort to come within my calorie goal more than the 2 days I did this week.
