I don't log my exercise. unfortunately only Fitbit syncs to the app, and I have a Garmin. it got too complicated for me. my RDI according to the app is 2100. I keep it at that on my settings so that I can visually see the deficit that I am aiming for that day. when things get too "numbery" my brain switches to images only 🤯😉🤣

My exercises syncs automatically! What app do you use to workout?

Shereen I saw that.. My Apple Watch also can’t sync, what nonsense! So now my tracker says I burnt 197 calories and FS says I burnt way more so now I have to adjust and lie on FS to get the same amount because I need my numbers to be the same otherwise I also arrive at “non compute”🤣

Wiantjie I use Nike training club, you probably have a Fitbit if you’re syncing automatically?

I log them, but I don't add them to my BMR - I find that the calories-used estimations both from FatSecret, my treadmill, running app and cycle tend to overestimate it.

I tried logging it, also noticed the in accuracy so stopped logging it here, less admin lol. I just make sure to log it on the discovery app but only do that i get the weekly plays lol.

BesterM, i actually have no workout device to be honest with you, i use just my phone. So i also train on nike training club and nike running (both phenomenal apps to train with and free!) my data pull from nike apps to my health app (on iphone) and then from health app to fat secret, which helps alot, so all my workout data is immediately and automatically synced to my fat secret app! What phone are you using?

Jon I agree that they are heavily overestimated. I do try to find a median number between the apps devices etc though. I like crunching my numbers to see if my expectation equals my results

Omw Wian I think you just cracked this thing for me. I had a closer look at my health app now (iPhone) and realised that it had already synced all my data including NTC, not calories burnt from steps.. ai 🙈😔😂 thanks!

LoL its only a pleasure! It actually makes it so much easier when you use the health app since FC pulls data to apple health app! So they summarize it very nice! Glad i could help! Now burn those calories on the nike app! 😂😂
