ini maksudnya 500 kalori "lebih sedikit" dari kebutuhan kalori perhari kita , bukan makan 500 kalori perhari , misalnya tdee ku 2100 , ya kurangin 500 jadi 1600 , jadi kalau diet aku konsumsi 1600 gitu
