Thank you Angela, you will get there! It seems like a long ways to go go, but you’ll get there one pound at a time! My weight fluctuates so much, it drove me crazy at times.My journey to be healthy will never be over. You’ll get it done! It doesn’t matter how long it takes, as long as you feel better. I had to chant that mantra over and over to myself!
